We collect aggregate information on what pages visitors generally visit within our website. Page visit information is not personally identifiable and is not stored, rented or shared with a third-party.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We do not set any cookies.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail or web message at the addresses in the beginning of this privacy policy.

Upon request, we provide site visitors with access to any unique identifier information that we maintain about them, transaction information, communications that the consumer/visitor has directed to our site (e.g., e-mails, customer inquiries), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number) that we maintain about them.

Policy Changes

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes.

Since AmiverTech.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable products, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent/delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. Please note that our bonuses are offered on behalf of our respected partners and are not an issue for a refund or chargeback.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.

Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:

• AmiverTech.com fails to deliver the product within given time period due to it's negligence of delay without any proper and genuine reason.

To obtain a refund, you must notify Amiver Technologies within 7-days of your original due date or your order, that you desire a refund for the product ordered. The “Refund Claim Form” provided to you must be returned to Amiver Technologies by regular mail only (no e-mail), within 7-days, in order to obtain a refund.

In order to obtain a refund, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to Amiver Technologies. Amiver Technologies will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or non-receipt of a “Refund Claim Form” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to Amiver Technologies. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
